Biography of Samy Podlubny, WG’03

Samy PodlubnyMr. Samy Podlubny is a Partner and Head of Investment Banking for Latin America of BCP Securities LLC (www.bcpsecurities.com). BCP is a US Investment Bank based in Greenwich, CT specialized in Debt transactions
For Emerging Market Companies and Financial Institutions. 

Over the past few years, with the ever growing demand for cleaner sources of energy, Mr. Podlubny has lead several financing deals for Brazilian sugar and alcohol companies through the distribution of structured loans to Foreign Investors.

Prior to BCP, Mr. Podlubny was a Partner at a Brazilian investment bank - Banco Modal S.A overseeing it's Energy Trading arm. Modal Energy was one of
the first Energy Trading Companies to operate in Brazil after the de-regulation of the Energy Generation and Distribution businesses in 1999.
